We are sorry to inform you that credit cards are not accepted due to bureaucratic problems.
So, if you want to confirm your reservation, you have to pay 30% of the entire booking by bank transfer.
You can pay as single solution when you are booking or you can pay cash during the Check-in operation also a deposit of 100€ is requested as guarantee; it will be regularly given back in a couple of days by money transfer after a checking of the accommodation.
Cancellation:
If for any reason you have to cancel your reservation, you necessary do it 14 days before the beginning of your stay. Otherwise, the host will retain the 30% you paid as deposit.
In case of cancellation 7 days before the reserved arrival date or less, we will charge the whole period of reservation.
The all booked period of stay will be also charged in case of late arrival or advanced departure.
All the guests documents are needed (children included) because these will be communicated to Police Headquarters.
From the 1st of April to the 31st of October, you pay a tourist tax (1€) (from 14 years old) to the host at the Check-in this is requested by the local Authority of Gardone Riviera.
